By using ZILKO you agree to the terms below. The service is provided by FUBER LTD (Istanbul, Türkiye).
1. The service
ZILKO is a software service that answers phone calls and WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages, books appointments and gathers records in one panel.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. You manage your authorised users.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes or to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- You are responsible for giving your patients or customers the required notices and for having the legal basis for call recording and data processing.
4. Artificial intelligence
ZILKO’s replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. It does not give medical advice. It must not be relied on in emergencies; in an emergency call 112. Monitoring the assistant and taking over when needed is your responsibility.
5. Third-party channels
WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are subject to those platforms’ own terms. When WhatsApp is paired as a linked device, changes or restrictions on that platform may affect the relevant channel of the service.
6. Fees
The plan is 79 US dollars per month and includes 250 minutes of calls. Higher volumes are quoted. Taxes may be added.
7. Service level
We provide the service with reasonable care; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event.
9. Intellectual property
The ZILKO software and brand belong to FUBER LTD. Your data remains yours; you allow us to process it as needed to provide the service.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
